- Dale Burnett29.05.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We were initially impressed with Quantum Homes as nothing seemed to be a problem and everything was achievable and within our budget. This was in August 2016.
They gave us an cost estimate which basically met our needs and so to pursue any further they required a payment to finalise drawings, etc so they could finalise costs and generate a building contract.
It is now April 2017 and we still have not seen a contract, they do not contact us and we have to chase all the time only to be given excuses as to why we have not seen the contract.
We have now given up and moved to another builder and when we told Quantum Homes they did not care and were not interested in knowing why we have changed builders.
We believe they string customers along, get money out of them with absolutely no intention of ever building a house.
