  Ben, thanks a bunch we couldn't be happier, happy to write a review - as I spoke to you about we’ve always had issues with virtually every mechanic we’ve dealt with, either not being upfront or competent about a particular job or service.
  
  I don't normally write reviews nor give a full 5 star rating purely because I'm not easily impressed however your entire team at Total Auto are a treat to deal with and kept me completely informed as if our cars are one of your own staff members they're taking care of. And the pickup/drop off service is a bonus.
  
  This is for everyone else- If you're always seemingly dealing with mechanics who aren't transparent or competent enough, I'm telling you- get around to TAG, the only problem you'd have with them is that you didn't call them earlier!
